Joining Denmark Road High School Sixth Form has allowed me to grow, not only academically but as a whole person. This is through the welcoming and diverse community of the school, including students and teachers who have supported me and others through all situations. As a student who joined the school in Year 12, I found it easy to adjust to the new environment due to the wide selection of opportunities ranging from The Edge Programme to House Events, allowing me to be part of the school community, and gaining a voice.
I am currently studying English Literature, Sociology and Psychology, with aspirations to join the Navy as an officer in the future. Denmark Road High School Sixth Form gives me confidence and opportunities to hopefully succeed in this goal, by supporting me academically, with the structured curriculum, and guiding me through lifelong skills, such as balance of studying and relaxing.
Overall, Denmark Road High School Sixth Form enables all students to achieve in their own personal goals, both long term and short term, in the enriching environment.
